The Z.E.R.O. program was designed as a navigational aid to serve as a guide for any location. The program’s applicability can be utilized in a variety of situations, i.e., active shooter, terrorist act, medical distress, missing child. The methodology during the creation of Z.E.R.O. was designed utilizing the principles of interoperability, the program has been used in various security platforms to enhance the response of first emergency responders.
